Refund Policy

If you experience any issues with your chocolates, such as:

  • Receiving the wrong item

  • Damage during shipping

  • Quality concerns

Please contact us at hello@frontporchchocolate.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll take a look at the issue and give you a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are only available for orders with documented product issues.

  • We do not offer refunds for personal taste preferences.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
