Our Beeswax Wraps

We package all of our single origin chocolate bars in reusable beeswax wraps made from Montana beeswax, Georgia Pine rosin, jojoba oil and upcycled cotton fabrics. All made by us here in Bozeman, MT.

What’s the deal with beeswax wraps? Beeswax wraps are an awesome earth friendly replacement for plastic wrap. They are durable, reusable, ‘sticky’ when activated, and fully compostable. Plus, the beeswax creates a semi-permeable antibacterial barrier that keeps your food fresh longer!

Why do we use them? We choose to package our bars in these wraps because it reduces packaging waste that ends up in landfills AND allows you to reduce plastic wrap at home.

What are some ways to use them? Wrap up the rest of your half eaten chocolate bar, half a lemon, a block of cheese, half an avocado, cover a jar with a missing lid, or even make a little pouch to carry some small snacks in!

How do I use it and how do I clean it? Using it’s easy. Simply crumple it up in your hands to activate the stickiness and you’re off to the races. Cleaning is simple too— wash with dish soap under COLD water.
